Return an Item

Sign Up & My Account:

We require all new customers to register online and open an account. Once registered, you simply sign-in and continue your shopping experience!

Registering your account is quick and easy. Once you have selected the item and quantity you wish to purchase, add them into your shopping cart and proceed to check-out.

We deliver to most international destinations. However, please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes and hotels.

Hong Kong Delivery Charge :

For deliveries within Hong Kong, we use Local Courier Post (provided by Hong Kong Post). In the event that If nobody is at the delivery address at time of delivery, the Hong Kong Post will leave a notice card for you to arrange another delivery.

For orders with values below HK$ 600, there will be a delivery charge of HK$ 50.00. For orders with values higher than HK$ 600.00, there will be no delivery charge.

International Delivery Charge:

For deliveries outside Hong Kong, we use Speedpost (provided by Hong Kong Post). The delivery charge will depend on the total weight of the shipment.

Gianna products are sold in Hong Kong dollars (on a delivery duty unpaid basis.). Recipients may have to pay import duty or other taxes prior to or on delivery.

Delivery time :

For deliveries within Hong Kong, in stock items should arrive within 8 working days after receipt of payment.

For overseas deliveries, in stock items should arrive within 14 to 20 working days after receipt of payment.

These are estimated delivery times only and we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Delivery time may vary, particularly during the Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year and Easter holidays.

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it becomes available. There will only be one delivery charge per order.

A Dispatch Notification email will be sent to you after your order has been dispatched.

For customers in Hong Kong, we also accept payments by cheque from a Hong Kong bank. Please make cheque payable to : Gianna Co Ltd

Please note that goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds have been cleared in full.

Return an Item :

You may return products no more than 7 days upon receipt of your order (based on delivery record) and with pre-approval by us. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us first by email. Please keep in mind that notification by phone will not be accepted.

You may return items in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened with any seals and shrink-wrap intact. We cannot accept the return of any used or opened items.

Any items returned after 7 days will not be applicable for a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items not in their original condition.

In the event of a dispute, the decision of Gianna Co. Ltd. shall be final and conclusive.

Replacement Policy :

We will always ensure that all our products are in perfect condition before being dispatched to our customers. However if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement. A replacement of the same item will be sent to you without any extra delivery charge.

Refund Policy :

We will verify the condition of the returned product before a full refund can be made. We regret that we do not refund the original shipping and handling fees and only the total value of the returned items will be refunded. You will be refunded at the price you paid for the product at the time of your order.

Return Procedure :

Please follow the procedure below by sending us an email informing us :

	Order Confirmation Number.
	Name of the product you want to return.
	Reason for the return.
	Include a copy of our Return Authorization Email in the carton box with the items you wish to return.
	Send the returned product to : Gianna Co Ltd. , 14th Floor, Golden Star Building, 20 Lockart Rd, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
	We will verify the condition of the returned product before a refund is provided.

Please note: You will be liable for the cost of returning the product to us. If the product has been used, we will not accept the return. To ensure the quality of our products to all our customers, we can only issue a refund for products that have been unopened and unused; that have been shipped to you out of error, or products that can be proven to be damaged or spoiled when you receive them.
